1. CSAUS group email list (The Email list is different from the database for school info.)

Only subscribers can receive emails from CSAUS, and it is NOT limited to current school leaders.
Only subscribers can send messages to the group; and, out-going mails are subject to moderator’s approval, to prevent junk mails.
2. CSAUS Member school info update procedures
CSAUS member school database is for CSAUS operation purposes only, not to release for any other purposes. It’s secure, and private.
It’s fundamental that a member school always keeps info updated with CSAUS, and a member school can do by own any time.
2.1. Search for any school (CSAUS members) by state
www.CSAUS.org ->Member Schools-> Search for School -> Select a state interested
This will list all CSAUS member schools in the state, showing
School ID, name, size, web link, etc. Very brief and general, NO security information involved;
2.2. Join CSAUS online
www.CSAUS.org -> Member Schools ->Join CSAUS
This will display an online data form. May fill-in info and submit for approval;
Or, may download the form hard copy, then mail in to the address shown;
2.3. School Info Update – by member schools
www.CSAUS.org -> Member Schools -> Update School Info
This requires log-in, with information:
School ID - See #2.1 above
Email Address – Current or previous principal’s, whatever in the record
Home Phone number – Current or previous principal’s, whatever in the record
This will display school information as recorded. May revise in anyway as needed. (Caution: avoid touch Chinese coding there)
Note: Both item 2.2 and 2.3 will create temporary data, pending on CSAUS moderator’s review and approval. Only “good data” will get updated. This is a combination of maximum convenience and security.
When a member school get re-structured, the new principal can get previous principal’s information to update at CSAUS website by him/herself. Once updated and approved, the new principal’s email and phone number will automatically become the new “password”.
2.4. Request School Info Update

School name (including state)
New principal’s email address and a phone number a brief statement about school re-structuring,
CSAUS moderator can set up for you, then, you can log in for further updates.
